i have just started using my treadmill in the last couple of weeks to try and get my five miles (10,000 steps) a day in, i dont know if im doing it right though, i dont need to lose a lot of weight but i do need to tone up as tummy and legs a bit flabby, i do 5 miles of power walking at 5 mph, sometimes this is done at 12 minute intervals (1mile) throughout the day, is this the best way to do it or should i be trying to stay on for 30 minutes, im also using the lowest incline and when running can only run for a couple of minutes on this but when it is flat i can run for about 30 minutes at 6 mph, is running on a flat worthwile or should i have a bit of an incline, ive also started doing callanetics 3 times a week to tone but have only started last week so have done 3 up to now, i am 5'2 and weigh 8'2 so i do need to lose a few pounds am i doing everything right
