this message will show when i connect my mp3 player to my computer.How to clear this?

Input output device error! It means your mp3 player is either trashed or the pc youre connecting it to doesnt recognize it!

it would seem to indicate that the player is not compatible with your pc or os. Contact customer service of the player.
