It is noted that in many superstitious societies discriminating social practices are being introduced and resorted to deprive certain unpriviledged groups of their legitimate basic rights. Are such practices justified becouse these are based on the foolish superstitions of the majority of people of a backward society? How many countries have raised their civilisations on the basis of such evil customs? How many governments are capable of having effective intervention to save millions of their populations from being victim of evil hands supported by majority of their populations?

In addition to possessing the largest military capacity in the world, the U.S. also purchases more foreign goods and services than many other nations.

In the event of a catastrophic terrorist act, the U.S. economy would likely suffer a serious blow. While this would cause many problems within the U.S., decreased American consumption of foreign products causes harm to other nations as well.

Some leaders of some nations turn a "blind-eye" to the cultural incubation of terror mentalities. The "terror mentality" seems most attractive to segments of populations consisting of economically disenfranchised members of societies. While these people may not care whether U.S. consumption remains high, their leaders probably value the constant influx of U.S. spending.

Do these leaders realize how a catastrophic terrorist act on U.S. soil would affect their pocket-book?

Is it like working married women give less time to their family, get tired when come to home so poor romance mood, can they do justice with small 2 yr kid, hubby?

Or a woman who is highly educated but dont want to do job, she just want to be at home & have some hobbies as reading, tv, cooking etc.

Or a woman who is highly educated but want to be a working professional but still at home to be with small kids..& do house hold activities?

Which one of these three is best?
Would there be any optimum solution?

I am going to work in Dublin in a few months. I like to socialise, meet locals, party, make friends etc. However, I have a problem, that I don't drink any alcoholic drink. Is it still possible to visit the pubs and socialise with people? Do pubs serve non-alcoholic drink? Would I be frowned upon if I don't drink liquor?

Really, its irritating and superficial. I've heard terms such as "terrible, disgusting, ugly, mean, dirty," etc... to describe them, by people who have never had them as pets. I really wish people would at least contribute informed opinions and do a little bit of research once in awhile instead of buying into mainstream ignorance about such animals.

ESPECIALLY before buying a pet, thats probably the most irritating thing about these pet questions, are those who are misinformed and own exotic animals.

I guess this is more of a vent than a question... but what are your informed thoughts about this?

I have a Lippincot textbook for high schoolers published back in the 1950's and the exercises in the book are much more strenuous than anything I ever had to do in school. I can't imagine many people on Yahoo Answers ever being able to perform them.
