It is noted that in many superstitious societies discriminating social practices are being introduced and resorted to deprive certain unpriviledged groups of their legitimate basic rights. Are such practices justified becouse these are based on the foolish superstitions of the majority of people of a backward society? How many countries have raised their civilisations on the basis of such evil customs? How many governments are capable of having effective intervention to save millions of their populations from being victim of evil hands supported by majority of their populations?

If judicial system donot help needy people anyway than does it indicate that such a system is based on unethical values and needs to be revamped by concious and right minded politicians?

oof, people in dilemma! They probably donot want to be discriminated againsst by themselves but want to reserve the right to discriminate others with themselves, as if they are the only right people to exercise this right.

Laws everywhere are based on perceptions, not facts. If the people believe its true, it becomes law.

If the people want the law ,put into action,isn't it put on the ballot,to be enacted by the people.Isn't that the way it done in America?If it's not done that way in other countries With trivial influence to scare and deny ,then the Government runs how the people should think and yes to your Question.

it based on how you look at the law not at how you see the evidence is there even evidence to convict
