A joke a day... an interesting column... member feature... It really depends on the whole concept behind starting the newsletter. There has to be a topic that attracts people who are interested in the same subject, hence the reason why they're signed up for it. play on their likes and dislikes.
Ok, I just went and looked. It looks like a decent newsletter to me. Something new and different. Once you get a few more confessions, maybe put the 'best of' on the front page, and leave links into the different categories.
