any kind of sex is CHEATING ..... no other person should see anything of you but your partner and kissing,oral.anal,any sex ,as long as its not with your partner is CHEATING

Honestly....If your doing it, without your partners knowledge, and its taking away something you should be sharing with them...I would say...yes. However, if it is something they know about, and understand its something that may fill a need, such as a fantasy, then how could it be cheating? Talk about it, and communicate then you will know, which situation applys to you. End of story.

It is cheating morally but legally it may not be if you dont actually commit a sex act.
