We got lots of amazing things from science and engineering, but every one of them conforms to the various physical laws that we formulated along the way. To me that means it's not possible for interstellar travel to be achieved in any useful way.

OK prove me wrong - give me a scheme that works. But to make it worthwhile:

1. the travellers have to arrive alive, and they have to remember why they came. If nipping through wormholes squashes you into putty, no deal.

2. the travellers who arrive have to be the same ones who set out, not some parallel or entangled identical copy, and not the Nth generation descendents who have all evolved back into pondslime.

3. putting them to sleep for a buzillion years is cheating. Moderate snoozes are lame but acceptable.

4. no breaking the laws of physics, unless you have a good reason why you're so much cleverer than anyone else.

5. But you can invent anything you like as long as is theoretically possible

I am starting to learn tango and I want my bf to study. I want him to do both of those things with me and study alone to. However, I was wondering if doing things he likes like going skateboarding with him and his friends and just watching him and watching movies he likes and playing video games with him and wake up early in the morning like he wanted me to so he won't have to wait. If he would want to do the things I want to do with him to? Does that sound like a good plan? Would guys really do alottttt better in school and tango for the girl that they love cause yeah he tells me everytime he loves me.

My feiance has pictures of a girl he met online before he met me. She is a really pretty girl. He also has her address, phone number, email, and a few of the emails that she has sent him saved on his computer. I have asked him to delete them (he says he never talks to her anymore), he says he will but he just leaves them on there. Should I be concerned or am I just freaking out for nothing?

OK, i've asked questions here before regaurding the best of the 1980's. My latest question deals with cartoons. I don't know if you guys have seen the cartoons today...but they are bland, respectively. So which cartoon rocked the 1980's. I have compiled a simple list of my own personal faves.

I had an amazing experience yesterday. I was a victim of racism for the first time in my life. I’m not sure whether it was racism though. I need your important opinions on the matter.

July 21, 2006. Friday. Event spot: Elmont, New York.

Sunny day at 2 o’clock. Our weekly prayer just ended & we were getting back home from mosque. On the way, I heard someone saying something with annoyed voice. A 65 year old caucasian guy throwing foul remarks towards us. He looked annoyed and he was saying “Jackson heights, Jamaica, Long Island city now Hempstead…” (may be alluded that these places filled with damn Muslims) He was dissing us for no reason. I was amazed. What is he doing? Well, unlike him, none of us Muslims said a word. Anyway, while driving back home, I took a second look at the old man. Guess what! I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The old man now took out a whistle & started blowing it towards the Muslims, mocking offensively. I couldn’t get more amazed.
