Why would you be so stupid? Don't you know that you are going to regret doing that in a few years? Damn, I swear teenagers make the worst decisions in the entire world. There is a reason that you need parental consent...because they are smarter than you are. Grow up!

You'll probably end up getting one from your best friend's in-and-out-of-prison older brother and then you'll look like an idiot the rest of your life.
If a tattoo parlor gave you a tattoo and you're underage, they could lose their license and face heavy fines, good luck finding a good artist that would do a 16 year old.

when I was 16 i swore to my mom everyday that once i turned 18 i would go out and get a tatoo....i turned 18 and still no tatoo! you will change alot of things between 16 and 18,so hold off until then.

Tatto parlor that does tattoos on minors wthout parental consent = illegal and 99.9. percent of any STD. Wait till your older. ALSO GIVES YOU TIME TO SEE WHAT TATTOO YOU REALLY LIKE.

It is illeagal in any state for a tatoo artist to to give a tatoo to a minor with or without parental consint.

i think you need to be 18 everywhere in the US...unless you do it under the table...but i'm definitely not encouraging that

no where legally..
shops will not due this, they can lose their licensing and be sued for millions....
only way to get one is "back alley" style..illegally
