I am turning 25 at the end of the year and for some people its not a big deal, but for me, i LOVE to celebrate birthdays, anyways. Where is a great place to go that doesnt cost an arm and a leg? I am 42 yrs old and sick of this winter weather, so I am thinking about a place to go on vacation next year in about late January. I want it to be warm, next to the ocean.
