when it takes you 30 seconds on THEIR website? If you've ever booked a hol online, you will notice that it takes a travel agent about half an hour to find you a holiday twice the price to somewhere you never wanted to go

Go into first choice travel agent and book a holiday,
Go to firstchoice.co.uk to book the same holiday in a tenth of the time!
Why dont they just use their own website instead of that crap computer sytem they use?

Because some ppl are lazy to do all the work themselves? Besides its easier for them, coz they can juz tell the travel agent wer they wanna go, and travel agents give em all the options..airlines,times etc.While when u purchase ureself, u need time to compare prices etc.Travel agent has everythin they need on the pc.To some, its much much more convenient, i guess.
