Okay, within the next several months I hope to acquire at least 2500 dollars. I live in Washington State right now and I'm 20 years old.

I need to move because I am really bored and frustrated with where I am.

I have decided on either L.A., England, or India.

I've never been to any of those places and have heard horrible stories of smog, malaria, and very expensive studio apartments.

I am willing to get a job once I get where I'm going...in fact I really want one...but I'm looking for clerical or food service.

Any advice about those places?

If someone told you that for 24 hours you could travel wherever you wanted in time and see whatever you wanted to see, but that at the end of that 24 hour period you would forget everythign you just saw, would you pay for that service or would you think it was a waste of time?

My fiance and his brother planned to go to North Carolina because they we (the entire family) are thinking of moving there. My fiance asked me to go, and I said sure on 2 conditions - I get shotgun most of the way because I get carsick in the back, and we take my car. I asked to take my car because I wanted to feel like I had some sort of control; like I wasn't just a tag along. My fiance is a different person around his family, and I don't really know his brother, so I figured that having that small sense of control would make me feel more comfortable. My fiance said that was fine, and I got really really excited about the trip. He waited about two weeks to tell his brother (I don't know why, but in two weeks I got even more excited!). When he finally did tell his brother, it was like his brother was giving me permission to come with them, but I had already been invited! im lookin for sumthin 2 do this summer. i was thinkin about like volunteering abroad or some tours or sumthin. i need some ideas quick cause most deadlines have probably past so i want to explore my possibilites if any NOW.
