Bhutan.While the Bhutanese are free to travel abroad, Bhutan is seen to be inaccessible to foreigners without helicopter.It is really peaceful and it had a ban on smoking a few years ago i think.It was so that the country can be really pure.If a prson smokes there there is a $250.00 fine.You may think as an american that that is nothing.But we are the one of the most industrialized and civilized countries in the world.We take advantage of money but 250.00 is a normal bhutanese's two year salary.
