Cabo San Lucas

Anyone know if ATMs in Cabo distribute both American Dollars (USD) and Pesos... or just Pesos? Since the economy prefers USD, it would make sense that the ATMs distribute both, but I don't know. I don't want to get stuck with any Pesos at the end of my trip... but i don't want to bring a bunch of cash if I don't have to. Any advice?

We are going to Cabo in January and would rather communicate if necessary back home by way of computer.....cell phones and long distance are very expensive...

I have heard the long distance charges to Canada would be atrocious. So, if that is factual, it doesn't make much sense to bring my cell phone...any suggestions?

I'd like to find a hotel that has an awesome pool, beach access, fun atmosphere, and is close to town for bars, shopping, etc. (Not necessarily a hotel in Cabo, Y! made me pick a city for the 'travel' category....)

I'm going to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico tomorrow and I was wondering if anyone else had been there (or heard of someone who has) that can tell me what resturants, locations, hikes, etc. to go visit.
