There are some wonderful places to eat in Cabo. I just don't know the name of them. I was there in Aug. and we ate at a taco stand that served tortas and there was a pig outline on the sign. Taco's were huge and only a dollar. Now, if you are staying in San Jose, I would tell you to go to Guacamaya's. They had the best pork tacos ever. A group of 6 adults--with drinks and plenty of food had a bill of $40. This place is closed on Mondays and opens in the evening for dinner--so worth it.
There is a great place on the pier that serves lobster tacos in Cabo, but it was $$$.
There are some very cheap places to stay, but I will suggest that you pick something a little above the bottom of the barrel because you will want it. Cabo is $$$ and I suggest that you take plenty of money.

Of course! You would have to go to the poorest neighborhood in Cabo San Lucas and also find a cheap hooker!

We do have cheap places to stay, and plenty of fast food, Mexican or American.
Unfortunately, cheap hotels do not have web sites to make reservations, you will have to check when you get here.
Check my web site, I classified hotels by location and by category.
It's not finished, but will be soon.
Enjoy Cabo

check the Mar de Cortez...it's kind of the party hotel in the center of town...I haven't stayed there n a few years, but it's decent and it's got a nice pool...walking distance to everything.

Hello:

Go to http://www.grab2travel.com
Go to "Hotels" section.

Click on SmartSearch - you can enter your trip detail once and can compare rates on multiple major travelsite from one place. You dont have to enter trip detail again and again.. thats very helpful.. I liked it.
