What is the resort and accomodations like at the 'RUI' in Cabo San Lucas?

Want to book it, but need some feedback on it since it is very new

I heard only very good comments of people staying there.
It is an Spanish Hotel Chain, and they know how to make you feel good.
The Hotel facilities are excellent, and the food awesome.
