Root of the problem might be that Bangalore city infrastructure is not keeping pace with the city growth, but lot more can be done by public like Driving Sense, Parking Sense etc. while govt agencies act on infrastructure growth which will take a while due to inefficiencies in Govt execution. Do we all including traffic police know what are these?

Are Naxalites typically Dalits?

I know the Naxalites are Maoists. Maoists are typically poor exploited peoples. It would make sense for the Naxalite movement to be supported primarily by Dalits. Is this the Dalit revolution, after years of oppression?
