firstly now you cant go to bhadrinath its cold and temple will be covered with snow, secondly panicker travels offer packaged tour from delhi to badrinath via haridwar and rishikesh better go in a package its safe.

Badrinath Temple doors are presently closed. They will open only in May 2007. Best way is to reach Rishikesh and then hire a taxi or go by bus. You can get hotel accomodation easily in Badrinath.

Ya correct reach first hardwar from wherever u r presently and from there u can reach Badrinath or Kedarnath by Taxi, Bus etc.
But the 'dwar' will b open in May first week probably........and now it will b too cold there

Reach Haridwar or Rishikesh by train. from there you can get buses for Badrinath.You can also take a tour from Delhi.
