I'm trying to mark on a map every place that we went and i can't remember the name of the town that one of buses stayed in Germany... because there wasn't enough room in Dinkelsbuhl... the name of the town we stayed in began with a "D" i think, but i cant remember what it was... and i can't remember where we stayed in the netherlands either... if you could give me this info... that would be great...

We want to take some crappy inflatable rubber boats down the Danube from Vienna to Bratislava. Is it feasible for individuals to cross the border in this way? Will our Australian passports get us thru? Should we get out of the river and walk across the border? Any suggestions would be welcome, we'll let you know how how we get on!

I know my original quesiton is vague, so I'll try to be a little more specific here. I'm traveling to Europe for 2 weeks this coming spring and I'd like to find some reasonably priced places for me and my 4 family members to stay. We are looking to spend under 150 Euros per night for the 5 of us if at all possible. Any place that is in Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, or France would help me out a lot. However, I am not going to visit Northern Germany or Southern Italy. If you could give me any place that meets these criteria I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks.

A girl from Tallinn, Estonia gave me her address. I know how to write the address and everything, but what type of stamp do I put on it? Is it a regular 39 cent or for a postcard 27 cent?

Help!

I was thinking of doing a weekend away in Bergen, Norway around October 20th.

I have checked the sunrise/sunset times and they seem ok (sunset around 5pm before the clocks go back), but then i saw an 'average weather conditions' chart saying that there are only 2 hours of daylight in october there.

Can someone clarify what its like?
