Africa & Middle East - August 2007

I am a Father's Visa and my dad will soon gonna throw me out here. Can my Lebanese friend, whose an engineer taking 14K/month, can give me a residence visa? If not, any other way to get a residence visa? How? Please advise. I am currently employed but my company doesnt accept this visa transfer. Please help me out. Thank you.

If I came into your home and told you that you may now have one bedroom upstairs, use of the bathroom downstairs, and I get the living room, kitchen, the other 2 bedrooms. In order for you to go to the bathroom you have to pass through my checkpoint. Now if you get angry I will have to shot you, humiliate you, and maybe not allow you to go that day because your papers are not in order. And if you fight back with me, hurt me, I will claim to the world that this is self defense that it my right. Does this sound crazy to anyone else?

I'm an European Muslim, and for Europeans the holocaust was the worst crime in our history. Millions where slaughtered in a cruel and systematic way. It is a stain on our history.

It is an insult when people try to deny what happended, or say that it wasn't such a crime. I think it is shameful when there are Muslims that support David Irving or Ernst Zundel. Or when Amadinjad made cartoons making fun of the holocaust.

As Muslims it is sinful to make fun of the victims. We should give respect.

There was a time in my life I did consider such a move, but I am really in love with the land of my birth - the United States of America and the idea of moving to Israel is not something I would desire to do at least for now - though in retirement I might consider such a move again. credit card and you know all those television advertisements say they are accepted world wide. Is this true of Morocco? I am taking some cash, but since I'll be there for 90 days I don't want to take that much cash and don't want to pay the fee to have it sent by Western Union if I can avoid it.

Second part: besides my clothes and shoes of course, and shampoo, soap, hair dryer etc. I am also packing wet wipes, pocket kleenexes and hand sanitizer thanks to the previous questions and information about the bathrooms. I've got my mp3 player, dvd/cd player, cds, videos for my long layover in London. I've purchased gifts for his family, taking artificial sweetener(I'm a diabetic) cuz not sure I can get it there. My meds, passport and documents to get married. Can anyone think of anything important I haven't listed that I will need cuz I'm gonna be there for 90 days. Any suggestions are appreciated as long as I can do it quickly cuz I'm leaving on Tuesday, August 28th.

im curious?? why is the morning the start of the day when really the middle of the night is the sart of the day?? which means the middle of the night should be called morning which makes the morning the afternoon and the afternoon the evening and the evening the night...

but what does that leave the night to be called??
