My hubby and I like Phil Mickelson.
We've always watched him and just loved his personality,
a real family man, and he just seems like a decent guy.
Why do you like your favorite golfer?

Which shoes would you recommend as the ultimate golf shoes?

Why do you like them, how long have you had yours and how much were they?

They're for my husband. Thanks!!!

I love the Masters because it kicks off the season's majors. I love watching the same course, year-in, year-out. But the Open is very big too.

I was watching the golf yesterday, and about half of Tiger Woods' shots were played with his caddy at least 5 yards offside.

I can't believe the marshals didn't penalise him for this blatant infringement of the rules.

Do you think it's time they brought in extra linesmen for important tournaments?

i have this idea that if i contact a major distributor and ask for a sponsorship to play for them that they might say yes. then again they could laugh me right out of the place. any ideas on how to do this or has anyone ever done this? i'd really like to play professionally but i dont have the money to go for it . if i pitched myself as a regular guy coming up from nothing, and rise up through the ranks to become great, will any company's see the pr benefit from this and hook me up? crazy idead i know but i'm thinking it's not unreasonable

I think they're made by Dunlop and there appears to be some Japanese websites that offer them, but no US website/store.

Look at most other sports - the equipment is pretty much the same over the years. Soccer, baseball, football, etc. Only minor improvements in equipment.

In golf, you have total duffers hitting 300 yard drives with Big Bertha. It makes older, shorter courses much easier. Newer, longer courses use more land because of this.

I think there should be a standard set of clubs and balls and the only change is sizing for your height, stance, etc.
