from what i have seen in the final with italy (world champions)
LANDREAU, BOUMSONG, VIEIRA, GALLAS, MAKELELE, MALOUDA, DHORASOO, GOVOU, WILTORD, HENRY, SILVESTRE, SAHA, THURAM, BARTHEZ, GIVET, DIARRA, SAGNOL, TREZEGUET, CHIMBONDA, RIBERY, and COUPET are great players who honored france's jersey

I was just watching a local sports station here and apparently Materazzi has spoken about the incident.........what he said to Zidane was after touching Zidane's jersey Zidane mockingly offered to give it to him after the game........to which Materazzi answered.......I'd rather have your sister's.........now unless Zidane speaks out to deny this he is beyond a shadow of a doubt the biggest idiot on this planet to lose his temper over something so comical.......and for making people believe there was so much more to it........what a joke.......any respect I had for him has gone completely down the drain.........god......I"ve heard much worse at little league baseball games!!!

Italy will no doubt win the Euro 2008 and their game against France on the 6th. My guess is the score will be 2-0 or even 3-0 for the Italians. Oh and to all the French fans I have to say one thing. The first penalty kick that France got in the 7th minute was just stupid, if you look at the replay you will see that the Italian players didn't even touch the guy and he went down. So the game could have been 1-0 for Italy. Then in the 2nd half Italy scored another goal but to later be called offside (which is debatable). So seriously all of you French fans should be happy that the game even went to penalties and you didn't deserved it either. Italy won from Germany, did you see them complaining this much? We lost the Euro 2000 in the last ten seconds did we keep saying that France was lucky (which of course they were.) So Italy will always be the best team no matter what happens and to all the Italian fans out there I say Forza Azzurri, Forza Italia.

This one I really have a problem with. I'm descendant of a Micheau from France (Don't try to stalck me because the name has changed in the last 400 years) and I can't vote for France according to you? My whole entire community is for France (except for this one girl who's for England but it's kinda weird). I've been for France since I was 7 years old. Give me credit, please!
Secondly, France can't even support their own team, Zidane said so himself, TWICE! In 1998 and this very year. According to him, you don't believe in them.

Here are some things to assure peace in this forum for goodness sake:

- The World Cup is ova...you should realize that 3 (yes 3!)precious summer months has been wasted on here.

- The Italians won. plain and simple. The French fought a good fight but there can only be one winner

- No one effing cheated nor pay effing refs., please find another excuse. Cuz if they did...we wouldn't have to go through freaking penalties. Think about?

- Zidane was indeed a great player...who ended his career not so great. For the love of God admit it.

- Materrazi might be a a-s-s sometimes but he's an hell of a good player.

- Please, No more pics of hot Italians in their underware...nor of Zidane's headbutt. It's getting boring.

- France did a great job in the WC, even when most people didn't think they'd get that far due to their mediocre first games.

I love France and I love italy (more, lol)
If we can't agree on any of these matters, I'm afraid it may be too late :'(
