I wanted Italy to win, but Materazzi shouldn't have been pulling Zidane'sJersey in the first place. Pretty lame. But also, Zidane shouldn't have taken the bait. Better revenge would have been making a penalty kick and/or going after him after the match was over.

Zidane went a little to far! Marco is so funny!

"Thankfully there are tons of footballers who could confirm that much worse things are said on the field," added the Inter Milan defender"
"The door of my house will always be open to him and if he wants, Zidane knows how to find out my address," said Materazzi"

i assumed he replaced into doing that purposefully to create an ecosystem of doubt and hypothesis adversarial to Materazzi and nicely it has worked hasn't it. If what Materazzi suggested replaced into so rattling insulting Zidane must have opened his mouth immediately and instant action could were taken. i don't like the very shown reality that he waited so long and it also makes me ask your self if the insult replaced into certainly so undesirable (certain certain Zidane suggested it replaced into about his mom and his sister) otherwise why wait so long.

It takes two to tango, both of them are accountable on what they did, both of them have faults. Materazzi did a verbal abuse and Zidane responded with head butting (physical), same crappy tactics.

Well... That was unexpected. O_o
Then again, he could have been lying.
Well, in this case, Zizou might have been over-reacting just a little bit.
Then again, he is a man.
He said something three times... I doubt he said that three times. Maybe even Zidane understood something else, or their might be a history.
I'm sorry... Zidane's just my hero, someone I've always seen as respectful. The headbut was a major shock to me.

Well it's all over anyway, but you have to admit, if you are really fair, that if he did say something he is not going to admit it if he will be seen in a negative light by football fans. I cannot see FIFA suspending him for two matches for a comment like that. I think more would have been admitted to in the hearing than that for them to have made the decision they did.

people say things like that in every match.... from kids league to pro so this time it just worked.... what makes this time... what matterazzi said so bad, i bet zidane has said stuff in his career... every player does, doesnt matter if he is the best in the world or just a "backyard" player... no difference exept this time, he got zidane Literally off his game... thats what the "talking" is supposed to do

It was a good comeback for a situation like that. Most guys would have used it whether they want to admit it or not.
