Is there any way I can watch fifa world cup 2006 in UAE, without paying for the cable.

I tried using CCTV5 on pplive but it doesnot work (no matter how long i wait it shows 0% buffering. Note that i have 256k DSL) , maybe its blocked.

do you have any other solution in mind?

Moreso, from a team that has been proclaiming, that it will win the Cup.
Everyone, from the coaching staff, players and the fans (who from the very beginning, kept boasting that England would win, and defeat Brazil if they met) have repeatedly reminded us of that England, especially with Rooney available, would sweep all infront them.

Players and coaches from other leading contenders, have been very guarded about proclaiming victory, agreeing only for either nationalistic spirit or because they paid or selected to achieve triumph.

The question then is, whether you found them poor, and can this team go all the way?

i think england were ordinary in the first half, dreadful in the second. It's 2002 all over again. Idiotic substitutions as well.

I think still it's mostly guys following it, but every passing Cup I see more and more women involved.

So... what do you think, what percent of fans, in your area, are women?

He is a quality player of international magnitude !!! But he is not blonde with beautiful long wavy hair... LOLOL like Beckham so the poor guy remains... humm.. merely... appreciated.. but not adulated... He should be adulated because he is in my view the best in English football.

Almost ALL the Countries around the world is crazy about soccer except USA and MAYBE Canada. why? In USA, they don't brodcast barely any soccer games on regular channel, so is that the reason? The People in USA are really Crazy about Football(USA) but not soccer, why?

To me the answer is pretty obvious. While he is great on set pieces, you never see him taking the ball from the opposition or winning a challenge.
