I am 5'11 180 Lb- I have excelent speed and endurance, can run 2-3 miles every day- . Very quick + agility, 40-4.6
Strong upper body --my legs are the power though
bench 245
Squats 315
High School senior small school

This is the real football, not that crap game where bunch of brainless fags keep hitting each other for no reason. Do you guys have this technique? Can you also do tricks with your hand instead of those ridiculous dances?! hahaha. I dont think so.
