I really hope the league adopts the "3 strikes and your gone" law! I think every sport should have it, no matter if its drugs, dui, battery, weapons charge, or whatever- Pacman, watch out oy you'll be gone! the titans won't cut him... he is one of the better DB's in the league and don't forget he was just a top 10 pick a couple years ago
NBA players should be looked at too- making all the money they do and they continue to do drugs and not get in trouble

YES, and btw they can cut him whether he has a moral clause or not. They are allowed to cut ANYONE, I have yet to hear of a contract with a "no cut" clause. Imagine the mess that would put the team in. Anyway yeah as often as he has been in trouble with the law. The first time or two you might say wrong place at the wrong time. When that wrong place wrong time seems to be following you it seems like maybe it is YOU that are the wrong place part.
Oh and thetranny you may want to get a copy of YOUR application/contract. You might be surprised that you could be fired for any reason. I know where I live there is actually a clause right at the end that says if for ANY REASON the employee/employer relationship is no good either side can end it. They don't even need to give a reason. This is Pennsylvania LAW. That I could quit for no reason or I could be fired without a reason being given. Now PA has 2 teams. Even if this law wasn't common with contract law(and it probably is) then the NFL would have likely adopted it for the purpose of those teams. After all they have to follow State Laws.

I'm a Tenn titans fan and I live here in Nashville, yes he his a good football player and does some great things on the field but He made a promise to the fans that he was going to change and quit hanging out with his co called friends. yes he should be cut from the team and leave Tenn all together and go back to Atlanta and live with and hang out with his people but once he his off the team his so called friends will leave him cause he won't have the money. we the fans are tired of his promises and things off the field. Actions speak louder than words and his actions are not great for the titans organization.

He has a history of problems with the law so it came to no ones surprise that this happened in Las Vegas. He assaulted a woman, caused a riot and someone in his group tried to kill someone. The Titans have every right to cut him and no other NFL team would take on his luggage. Looks like he is headed to the CFL or retirement. Its a shame to waste that talent.

This is a tough decision.. One.. he is valuable to the team.. but on the other hand.. you don't want to keep players around that get involved in such incidents.. This is tough choice to make on part of the NFL and team.. Why is it though that these athletes make so much money and get in so much trouble? It's ridiculous.. I think that if he is greatly involved, then they should cut him.. if by chance he did not know and is found innocent, then, of course, they should keep him.. but he should quit with the parties for a while and choose his friends wisely...

Well, it's not so easy. Of course they may be forced to if he goes to prison. If they have a choice, obviously you would like to cut him just because he doesnt deserve to play in the NFL, because lacks moral maturity, and probably doesnt even deserve to be alive. However, it would be an awfully big hit to their salary cap, and he is talented. So if I were Tennessee, I would keep him, until his contract runs out and then just not resign him.

I think that they should cut him. A good up and coming player, of course. If a player keeps putting himself in crazy situations and making stupid decisions. He should be cut.

the NFL should cut him, 3 strikes your out, well he's on strike 9. Titans don't have to pay the remainder of his contract, and he should be forced to pay back a portion of his signing bonus
