you have a lot to prove being a girl on a football team. always get up right away. don't lay around after a hit. the workouts you do are good but i'm still going to guess the guys hitting you are bigger and stronger so work on your speed. run a alot so you can blow by some of those guys and make them look stupid. guys don't like girls playing so they may hit harder. protect the ball. make the catch without worrying about the hit. most players drop passes because they are afraid of the hit. you'll get hit whether you catch it or not so make sure ou catch it. hope this helped.

If tryouts are over, isn't it too late for tips and tricks?
But anyways, heres my tip... Play hard EVERY PLAY. Know the play book backwards and forwards. See what you hit (and wrap up). Catch it first, then secure it, THEN look for YAC.

first of all - congrats. if youre as physical as u say u are, u would be good on defense. for someone who can catch, id suggest cornerback. its mostly made for physical people with good hands, who maybe arent big enough to play reciever. good luck

Let the opponent know your a girl. I played an opponent with a girl and half our team was afraid to tackle her because she is a girl. You could use that to your advantage.

its all about the hands if you can catch than girl you are set it sounds like your in shape you should be good!!
