He sounds like he is truly a family man and I'm afraid this might affect his play. Any thoughts?

Check out this awesome interview with L.T. It just shows you what a truly great human being he is.

I don't know why these things happen to such nice people like L.T. when there are worthless humans like Pacman Jones running around. I certainly hope that L.T. can overcome this tragedy and come out of it even stronger. R.I.P. Oliver Tomlinson and may God bless L.T. and his family.

No great players use losses like this as inspiration and they bounce back . Farve lost his dad a few years back and he is still out there being the same old Farve. L.T. will do the same. I do wish his family the best though.

His Fathers Dead wont affect his Play, but that new coach they got will. Cant picture myself seeing Norv Turner lifting a Super Bowl Trophy as a Coach. The Chargers are a great tough team, but every good team, needs a good coach and thats something Turner isnt.

I think since it happened now, obviously still bad, but he will have plenty of time to deal with this so I dont see it affecting his play, if anything the new coaching staff will affect his play more.

No. LT will use this as inspiration and dedicate the success of this next season to his late father's memory.

The weekend after Farve's father died he had one of his best games ever. Some people let a thing like that bring them down, and some people let it inspire them.

I think he will try even harder for his father, the problem you have to worry about is the new coaching staff.
