If there is a difference can you let me know.....because i know that if you want endurance and to build hypertrophy then you should do sets with lots of reps like 12 to 15........but if you want maximal strength and bulk then you should do about 8 reps or less like 4 to 8 or 6 to 8 but whats the difference between mass building and bulk if there is any........im putting this in the football sections because football players lift the most weight in sports and yahoo doesnt have a bodybuilding section

I mean what were they thinking. . . . a run with no timeouts? They had time for a couple of plays. . . . for a HUGE underdog to play so well. . . be on the doorstep of a HUGE upset win. . . and the offensive coordinator calls that crap???? WOW. . . . what a shame! They had time to throw an incomplete pass and still have another play!!! Simply amazing what a poor call that was! Especially since the passing game was working and the run had been stuffed repeatedly. A & M has superior size. . . passing was the only way to go! I know it's just a game but the coaching staff for Army should be tarred and feathered!

I know it is Sunday and we should be talking about the NFL but i'm so happy michigan won i mean it really made my day.I love this team and now the whole country saw how under rated we were.

I was really impressed with our deffense.Particulary the tackling...I remember last year when we couldn't bring a guy down with the first tackle.It was said.
