help to remove files from harddrive on toshiba labtop?

how to delete/clean all files from hard drive and start my computer and load the files that i want on my computer

Go to start>Control Panel>Add or Remove. Choose programs to delete.

Your own personal files, just right click on them and choose delete.

Remember to go to Start>Programs>accessories>toos>disk cleaner. Then when that is completed follow the same but rather than disk cleaner choose defragment.
