Don't just base it on Scoring average, number of rebounds,
consider the areas that affect the game, and matter in
the big picture....
Leadership - raising your game, clutch shots, mental strength
Tempo - you can dictate the tempo, can't be stopped
Defense - When you need to you can stop the other player.
Mario Ellie used to be a guy I thought was a complete player
I'd put him in the top 50 before Patrick Ewing which is a
choaker in playoffs.
So here is my rough draft of players I think are complete or
