Phil Jackson is the head coach of a great team. I'm not a fan of the Lakers, but I gotta say that he's coached them pretty well. Not just the players, like Lamar, Kobe, and Derek Fisher, but like the plays. If you've ever watched closely, some of the plays are quite clever.

Put him with the Knicks and lets see how he does, thats a real challenge, not working with jordan and pippen and kobe and shaq which is a breeze when you have players like that.
