Not to be rude or offensive, but why does Greg Oden, who was born in 1988, look like he's over 30? He also plays basketball like an experienced man would play. I mean am I the only one that sees this?

Right now I am 5'8 138 & can hang on the rim very easy but have a hard time holding on to the ball when I try to dunk. what can I do to dunk I have a 38 vertical & I am almost to 40.

I am a 14 years old and I am 6'2. I have been playing organized basketball for a few years and rep basketball for a year. I've never really been taught any post moves. I know I have a good spin move on both sides of the court but thats really it. Lately my teammates have been telling me my spin move is good but i shouldn't use it all the time. I don't have any other moves. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly apprectiated

Here's a guy who's always been a jerk / troublemaker, and now he's sitting at home doing nothing while collecting the 17 million dollars that the Sixers still owe him! I have to wonder how many teams will want to take a chance on a guy who'd be nothing but a street thug if it weren't for his basketball skills. The man may have practically unlimited talent as a basketball player, but as a human being he's a big loser.

We were playing last week. I shot a high arching three that bounced off the backboard, no rim. However, I got in in time to grab my own rebound before it even touched the floor, and then put it back in, scored. Is that legal? Some guys were saying that's an illegal pass to yourself. Any refs out there?

How do Jumpsoles work?If they do will they work on me?I'm 16 5'11 and 200 lbs and can touch 9'6",i feel i can touch higher even wid out da jumpsoles if i loose weight,so how is it gonna help me?????????
