I am a 14 years old and I am 6'2. I have been playing organized basketball for a few years and rep basketball for a year. I've never really been taught any post moves. I know I have a good spin move on both sides of the court but thats really it. Lately my teammates have been telling me my spin move is good but i shouldn't use it all the time. I don't have any other moves. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly apprectiated

hmm... you can try a pump fake and then if the defender falls for it youll get an easy bucket. or you can work on ur hook shot and start using dat in games. another great way to help your team would be to crash the boards and try to get off. rebounds. You can also do a fake spin move to one side and go up with the shot the other direction.

umm.......let me think in my playbook......well... u could post-up somebody then try a fade-away...thats all i can hink of rite now..
OR!!!!!!!!!!u could try to get a double-team on you(on offence) then pass it out to a dude wide open for a bucket and 2 or 3 points!
