I don't really understand how strong stomach will help you jump higher. I have a friend who can dunk and he asked me have I ever seen an NBA players body he said they have abs of steel. I can touch the rim and sometimes grab the rim. I have strong hips and calve muscles, my back and stomach are strong but I don't have the showing of it. Six pack and a strong looking back. I'm strong though in those areas I just have fat around my torso. I have a baby gut, I'll my fat is around my stomach and back. Is there any way losing this fat maybe 10-15 pounds of it will help me that much to get that much higher into the air so I can start dunking. I play basketball a lot. Will I feel like I can jump higher?
