Thanksgiving

I feel very sad because I had a horrible Thanksgiving. It was my worst Thanksgiving ever. I am to blame though.

I am divorced and live 3000 miles away from my child. I am currently living with my parents.

I have joined a newly singles group and went to a luncheon that they had on Thanksgiving dinner. I was also invited to some friend's house for dinner.

I stopped by their house since their house was close to the Thanksgiving luncheon. They were happy to see me and gave me hugs which I could not return. I stayed for a few minutes and then left. They really wanted me to stay for Thanksgiving dinner.

I cried all the way home in the car and then at home because I was alone on Thanksgiving. I felt very very sad and alone. I have been depressed lately and did not want to be around people.

Now I feel bad because I did not have a good Thanksgiving and can not go back in time - regrets......

If i had one wish it would be for me to have a 100 more wishes. But if i couldnt do that, then my one wish would be to give everysingle starving person in the world a year or more supply of Food. What would be ur ONE wish if you couldnt wish to have more wishes?

For me, it had to be the surround sound system from Target. We also scored a pretty nice microwave for like $35 and a bunch of movies and games for around $5, $10....

I cooked a beautiful buffet for Turkey day. I had turkey, dressing, green bean caserole, sweet potato pie and several pies.
Eight people came over and loved it.
Now I have all sorts of "Thanksgiving debris" in my fridge and I'm getting sick of it.

I'm really hungry right now and I just warmed up the turkey, but is it still safe to eat? It's been in the oven yesterday and it smells and tastes alright? Is this safe? But I know that sometimes the smell and taste tests fail.
