not much.
I read a lot, surfed the web a bit.
T-day dinner was a turkey, bacon and guacamole sandwich.

My favorite is the combined cool biting taste of cranberry, and tukkey breast. I did not fuss too much with a 14 pound turkey, coated with butter a little cayenne pepper and salt, then in a slow oven for 4 hours, left in oven until we got back later that night from dinner at the sons house, you can't get enough turkey, over the holidays ham too.

Hey, that's two questions! For one, I worked on turkey day because of the people who need more than 364 days to prepare for it. For number two, I don't like to single anything out, but take the entire meal as a grand, glorious whole! I will admit to taking seconds on the dressing with giblet gravy though. However, since we started brining the turkey, that fowl has risen to new heights of yumminess.

I had a nice little dinner with my husband, children and a few friends, since we were so far from home and really missed my family.
