I cooked a beautiful buffet for Turkey day. I had turkey, dressing, green bean caserole, sweet potato pie and several pies.
Eight people came over and loved it.
Now I have all sorts of "Thanksgiving debris" in my fridge and I'm getting sick of it.
How's your fridge tonight?

hey, I saw a great recipe on Rachel Ray's show: squash on the bottom, stuffing, cran sauce, peas (or whatever veggies) and turkey and then gravy with mashed potato on top. Cook in the oven til mashed are golden and then cut up some nice bread and dip away!!! Looked great!

It's been six weeks since Thanksgiving. If you still have leftovers, it is really REALLY gone bad.
