Here's mine. Sorry if the measurements aren't exact.

1 pound loaf of french bread, cubed and dried (either overnight or in the oven)
8 oz. pkg fresh sliced mushrooms (I like baby bellas)
1 red onion, chopped
1/3 of a stalk of celery, chopped (about a cup or so)
A couple spoonfuls of minced garlic (or as much as you like)

Saute all but the bread in a stick of butter with some dried sage, salt and pepper until softened. Toss with the dried bread cubes in a large bowl. Drizzle with 1-3 cups of chicken broth or until it's as mushy as you want it. Toss in some fresh chopped sage. Turn it out into a large casserole dish that's been greased. Cover with foil and bake for around 30-45 minutes.

It's simple, but just like my grandma used to make.
