I always notice around this time, that stores start selling “Fun size” candy bars for Halloween ; you know, the lil nugget size Three Musketeers, Snickers…and Mars bars...

what I’M wondering is what unit of measurement are these marketing gurus going by?

How did they determine that a mini twix bar, or a mini milky way bar—was no longer “mini” but -- “Fun!” Is "fun" like some unit of measurement they taught at school, cuz I must have totally missed that lecture?

My friends and I decided to be the the brides of Dracula. I like some of the costumes I've on halloweenexpress.com but not really satisfied. Where else can I look for a costume and I live in Houston, TX so are there any stores here you recommend?

I looked at some pictures from movies like Van Helsing and Dracula....and they seem to be wearing "goddess" like dresses.

I've been Dorothy like 5 times when I was a little kid, but WOZ is kinda my fave kiddie movie, and I just bought the costume to wear for a Character Day at my high school. So my mom wants me to be that so we could get our money's worth out of the costume. But since I have blonde curly hair and I think Marilyn is so pretty, I always wanted to be her for Halloween. I'm gonna have like a SMALL party for halloween. Like only 5 or 6 of my friends will come. And i have a small patio outside in my backyard where the "party" will take place. I dont know what kind of games I should have and stuff. And i dont want anything expensive. The guests wont be allowed in the house though.
I was thinking like i'll have some food out. We can have a costume contest where we can vote and there will be prizes. And then like have a wrapping contest. and after that we all go trick or treating. I'm 13 by the way and so are my friends.

What else do you guys think? Oh and no music or DJ anything like that.
