I have met a few who are well-read, can spell, locate a country on the map and have a grasp of world history...but i am talking about a minority. The rest come across as incredibly superficial and very ignorant. Is their school system to blame? Or their government? Their media?

I believe that people can be born "gay". I am just wondering if a large percentage choose to be. As a man I can understand why a woman would choose to be with another woman. I can see the reasons for attraction. Of course conversly I can not see the attraction to a man by a man. I am really trying to understand. Is it physical of deeper than that? I know many may say it's is the same as what I feel as far as attraction, but of course if you've allways been gay you would not know that for sure. I have been a "hater". But now I truely want to rid myself of ignorance. It's not the best question to begin my quest for knowledge with, but the first step is always a bit shakey. forgive the wording.

But, why do you think your attracted to the same sex?

I expect many different answers. I am just trying to learn.

That's one law I'd really like to see be passed. So, what's going on? Is it in the House or the Senate? And do you think it will be passed? It's one big step in the right direction, if you ask me. I can't believe that our government wouldn't support this bill.

and dont say caucasian because caucasian isnt a race it means white what RACE is the french they are on the border of spain so are they a mix of spanish?

I know a guy he says he is french i said french isnt a race, he said were white but i disagree ive seen black french people, maybe from slavery or maybe from the border of spain and he doesnt really look white he has a spanish look to him but white skin, so i need to know what race could the french be he is very ignorant, and only says that he is white.

Do you get offended when people call you black and not african american? Really its not supposed to be derogatory.... im "white" not italian-english so we have it too.

Some people are offended and idk why.....

that is so sad that it has caused you to choke up or outright cry?
I watch now and then the movie Gunga Din with Cary, Douglas, Victor and Sam Jaffe and laugh throughout the entire movie until the very last scene, then get choked up when the 'Colonel' reads the last few stanzas of Kiplings poem. How about you?
