How to deal with insecure problem? i have issue problem...i've been with a guy for 3 yrs but most of the time im feeling insecure, means accusing him of having other one... i have talked to him about this problem but all he said was just my bad thinking and saying that im crazy... now i have to decide whether to stay with him or leave him. what should i do? if stay with him im afraid that i might hurt our relationship for not trusting him and he might just go and find someone else.. if i leave him im afraid of i willl not find another guy that will love me for real.. do you think that i should leave him and let him find someone else and be happy so that he dont have to be involved in this issue? Please help me and give me some serious advice... i'm so confused...

I JUST woke up.. Im scared as ----. My dream was very clear..
Can anyone.. give me some facts from it after.. if it could or not happen..

Well.. It was a sunny day. Then in the sky many people saw a bright thing flying down and making an explosive noise. Everyone started getting worrried and such. Then my dad told me 'When you see a really white light, I want you to close your eyes" Then we see the light flying near our city. Everything went white and I woke up.

Read before answering.

Cheating to me, means cheating a person out of something that they normally would would get (FROM YOU).

An EXAMPLE. A Scenario here:
If a woman would care less about sex and want nothing to do with it, with her man, but everything else is fine between the the two of them, then in effect she is CHEATING HIM out of sex? Yes she is... ...perhaps not.

Which now means if he goes out to have sex with somebody else, he essentially is NOT cheating her out of ANYTHING, something getting from her anyhow. He is not cheating on her.

Do you see what I am getting at?

hi...i'm a 21 yr old woman. i have this guy...my best friend. we aren't romantically involved or anything and he's recently single. we were talking yesterday and the topic drifted to relationships and then we were talking of our previous affairs. he's really handsome. we really had no intentions about it but we ended up having sex. i was really embarrased......i really didn't want that to happen. i do find him quite attractive but this wasn't wat i'm too proud of doing. i left early in the morning before he woke up. he's been calling up since morning and i haven't been taking them. i feel so queer. how do i ever face him again? i was the one speaking of morality last night and i did this. i've always been looked upto as strong-willed. wat do i do? i've lost everything....a best friend included. how do i face him? wat do i do? plz plz plz help me...how do i deal with the situation?

In human brain Neurotransmitters are the messengers carrying messages from neuron to neuron. Neurotransmitters are made from amino acids found in protein foods e.g., meat, fish and cheese. So it means vegetarian person who don’t eat all these things won’t be able to get brain foods? I know there some another brain foods like protein, Carbohydrate, Fat, Vitamins and Minerals. So it means peoples who are non vegetarian are the smartest one? I know that I am getting enough Carbohydrate but what about other brain foods? And I am getting enough oxygen and water from brain but I am worried about protein food. I know it is a dumb question!

I am into my 14th month of sobriety. I met a guy when I was in rehab, we are both recovering alcoholics. I have heard so many times that relationships don't work when in early recovery, and many people say that you should wait for at least two years before having a relationship. Basically, you should be concentrating on yourself only, rather than yourself AND your partner. Has anyone had experiences of relationships in early recovery? Good or bad?
