In human brain Neurotransmitters are the messengers carrying messages from neuron to neuron. Neurotransmitters are made from amino acids found in protein foods e.g., meat, fish and cheese. So it means vegetarian person who don’t eat all these things won’t be able to get brain foods? I know there some another brain foods like protein, Carbohydrate, Fat, Vitamins and Minerals. So it means peoples who are non vegetarian are the smartest one? I know that I am getting enough Carbohydrate but what about other brain foods? And I am getting enough oxygen and water from brain but I am worried about protein food. I know it is a dumb question!

It's not really a dumb question...

You can go to any health food store and get amino acid supplements.

How ever, we as human are naturally omnivores, meant to eat both meat and vegetables. The proof is seen by our own teeth. The front teeth are for cutting, the canine teeth are for gripping and tearing, and the molars are for grinding.

Plant eaters have mostly molars and no canine teeth, Some have a set of front teeth but not all and they are for cutting grasses and leaves.

Carivors have a full set of front teeth and canines and less molars.

So be the creature that you are meant to be and have a bit of meat, fish or poultry.

The objects you consume must be refabricated into elements usefull to the homeostatic status of the corporal system. The justification that determines this is a dimensional relationship and in that dimension can only be ratified. The level of energy required for this activity may be too expensive and therefor, shortcuts in the form of experimental alternatives sometimes provides the elements in a less costly manner and sometimes not. A carnivorous animal has a system developed into maintaining homeostasis much in the way a factory remanufactures and distributes to the final end user some product. As time goes on the factory may experiment and find more economically effective proceses and the human too, seeks alternatives to this reality and some find better ways and some dont.
I practiced hatha yoga and ate only once every third day and that was only what I could afford, two bannanas, a drinking glass size of roasted peanuts and one glass of orange juice, for three years. Afterwords I had some blood work done and it didnt take long for the medical authorities to come and ask what I was doing. They wanted to know why my blood was so clean... I have no idea as to the vitamine and other metabolic activities related to this argument of sufficient nutrition. I was doing what I love to do and suffered no insufficiencies as far as my mental activity was concerned. To the contrary I felt much like an electric cord stuck into a socket.
This was extreme and I do not recomend it to anyone. But if you are already here than it would not be wise to ignore completly the sound and well meaning advice of others in respect of the correct metabolic supplements. Perhaps I would have gone further if I had access to vitamines so up to here... I hope this helped a little.

Second class foods are vege that contain protein and most of them are beans and peas. As for the " brain food ", well there is none. But there are supplements like traditional herbs meant to give you energy and general wellness. The development of brain starts from the moment your mother has you in her womb. After you are borned, it is your background. Then it is your attitude towards your intelligence like whether you continue to develop it. I think the best way is to start from now. Read more books. Mix with thinking people. Think about something in depths. Question others. Question yourself. Surf the internet for knowledge, rather than anything else. Don't stop learning. Even something that is unimportant can teach you something too.
