A car shoots up a ramp at 179m/s. The ramp is 400m long and is angled at 45 degrees. The coefficient of friction between the car and the ramp is 0.5. A) How fast is the car moving at the end of the ramp? B) How much time does it take to travel the length of the ramp? C) Imagine that the car starts up the ramp at a speed less than 179m/s. What is the minimum speed the car could have and still exit the ramp?

Thank you soooo much for helping me :-)!! I really appreciate it.

A 33 g lead bullet initially at 20°C comes to rest in the block of a ballistic pendulum. Assume that half the initial kinetic energy of the bullet is converted into thermal energy within the bullet. If the speed of the bullet was 410 m/s, what is the temperature of the bullet immediately after coming to rest in the block?

The answer is 621.32 K or 350 degree C Please explain how to solve

Also, how do I solve for thermal energy by knowing the energy input, the heating up and vaporization of a known
amount of water. Is there a specific equation? I can't seem to find one, so any help will by very appreciated!

Since there appears to be evidence of multiple "black holes, isn't it possible that we live in a dynamic universe with both expansion and contraction. Perhaps more than one 'bang.' After all, might something like a black hole be necessary to create that ultracompact unity that then expanded into our "universe?"

Physicists divide the universe into micro and macro, gravity, magnetism, strong force, weak force. Isn't this division artificial? Imagine a sentient being smaller than a quark or larger than a galaxy. Would this creature categorize these forces in the same way?

newtons first law states that moving objects will continue moving at the same speed and same direction until an outside force is applied to the object. it also states that that things not moving will remain at a standstill until an outside force moves them.

question nuber 1; if this law is true, then why do objects slow down and stop on earth?

q # 2; what force makes of move foward when a car stops suddenly?
