how do u factor: 75(x+y)^2-108?

These three types of percent problems can be solved using the A= PB formula. Here is the needed info to assist in solving the problems:

Question: What is P percent of B?
Given: P and B
Percent Formula: Solve for A

Question: A is Ppercent of what?
Given: A and P
% formula: Solve for B

Question: A is what percent of B?
Given: A and B
% formula: Solve for P

39. 3 is 60% of what?
41. 24% of what # is 40.8?
43. 3 is what % of 15?
45. What % of 2.5 is 0.3?

i have to do 18 hours of cominuty service, and i have 5 more days to do it starting tomarow, im going to a school to do janittor work, can go any tme from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm they have a break at 9 til 9 30 and aone form 12 to 1(break hours still count so i want as much break as i can get, i dont want to do to many in one day (just a few each day),

I know there is a formula for dertermining that the change is 12.2% but I just can't remember it.
