I've always been interested in extinct animals, not dinosaurs but those scary mean looking animals that lived millions of years ago, does anyone know any sites, movies that could entertain me for awhile?
And does anyone know the name of that thingy they say the loch ness monster was related to?
Sorry but im a dummy who's really interested in these sort of things

We haven't been able to drill that far (I guess a second question is how deep HAVE we been able to drill for samples). I know that some of this is based on how the earth behaves in space, but I am still skeptical. So -- what does the earth (deep down) consist of and how do we know that's true?
