I understand from all the global warming controversy that The Maldives is only a meter or two above sea level and quite panicked about being inundated by rising sea levels as the glaciers melt. One would have thought that the great tsunami of 2 years ago would have resulted in incredible destruction and loss of life there as it did in Sri Lanka and Thailand but from what I understand The Maldives suffered minimal effects. Why?

Did you know that if the sun dies out we will all die out? The reason why we'll die out is because we will have carbon dioxide which we will die from. How we dont have carbon dioxide is because plants are producers which means they make their own food. But although plants need sunlight, soil, water, and carbon dioxide to make their own food. Plants then give out oxygen for animals to live. (We are animals!)
