I mean to say earth pull the object down know as gravity.Some power will be pulling the object (eg.watervapour or gases) Up what is that power known as and what is pulling it up...... is that a ozonelayer playing some role for pulling it up like earth playing a role pulling down with gravity power.
As per me In simple... up also some power is generated which pulls the object upside ..... is that Sun.Please help to know and rectify if i am wrong.

Could condensation nuclei typically used to enhance precipitation at ski resorts, like dry ice (CO2) and silver iodide, be used to enhance precipitation above the planet's ice sheets, and thereby enhance snow and cloud cover?

As most scientists know, snow and clouds are significantly better reflectors of long-wave radiation than are most land surfaces and clear sky.

Just a thought....
