Coal, Oil, Lumber, Natural Gas, Fresh Water, Salt, Sulphur, Iron Ore, Magnesium, Copper, Gold, Diamonds, Silver.

The question would be much easier to answer if you asked what natural resources does Russia NOT have within its borders. The country is so vast that there is nothing I can think of that is not there somewhere.

There are tons of different resources as other people have listed. One problem for most of them is that there is a giant ice sheet that can't be drilled through.
