Does anyone recall the 1964 Good Friday Earth Quake? The earth has been sleeping now for 42 plus years. The South Central Region in Alaska has been sleeping way to long. I am sensing we are in for the big one, yet no one knows when. What do you recall from that time period. Always wanting to know from others affected by the sleeping gient~

I'm trying to label what my jewelry is made out of, but rats, I can't find some of the tubes that the beads came in.

One looks like it could be a type of coloured quartz. It's green but much yellower and lighter than adventurine.

The other one could be a stone or a shell. It's opaque and a pale sandy gold, kind of old lady's necklace colour with a lot of natural gloss.

If so what would be the best things to mine from it. I would think Titanium or Platinum. And could it be processed on the moon so you wouldn't have to carry back alot of ore but just product.

First we had drilled to rock-bed at 170’,& inserted casing pipe.
Continued drilling & got water at 275’ but a low flow.
At 400’ met a good water strata.
Drilled to 600’ as insurance against water table level drop in poor rainfall years.
Withdrew drill. Inserted submersible pump. Found a
blockage at 275’, aborted the pump installation.
Referred matter to geologist. His opinion is that water strata at 275’ may be having loose boulders that move into bore and block it. Advised us flush the bore & insert MS casing to 300’ depth to :-
-prevent rocks from blocking the bore / falling into the bore
-protect the subm pump
-facilitate pump removal for maintenance.
Q: For flushing bore, removing drill & insert casing to 275’ time needed 8 hours. If within this time rocks move again into bore WILL PRESSURE OF MS CASING INSERTION BE SUFFICIENT TO DISLODGE ROCK BLOCK TO COMPLETE CASING INSERTION? OR CAN BLOCK PREVENT CASING INSERTION? IF THIS HAPPENS WHAT DO WE DO?
