Nothing -- and I don't mean empty space. I mean truly NOTHING.
We do know the size of the observable universe (13.7 billion light-years) and we know the minimum size of the entire universe (156 billion light-years). The universe isn't just where THINGS are, it's where space itself exists. In other words, there is no "outside" because there is no "space" beyond it empty or otherwise. The universe is either infinite in size OR it is probably shaped in such a way that you eventually loop back on yourself no matter in which direction you travel.
This is a really tough topic to wrap your head around, but check out this article as a start:

Whatever you want. This is another basis of religon. If you ever decide on something beyond the stars, it'll be your choice to stick to it or not. Believe anything you want to go for, and if it doesn't feel right, you can always change paths. What is beyond the stars? Everything. Every little bit of the universe, going on, whether it be of stars or something else.

well if you keep going and end up back where you came from, it would suggest space is a sphere shape and therefor something has to be outside the sphere ? Nothing is endless, not even space,
The thing that really pees me off is that i wont find out if there are aliens in my lifetime
There has to be aliens, with over billions and billions of planets, theres gotta be

Other universes - we live in a bubble and there's likely more such bubbles out there with their own stars and galaxies where the laws of physics are different. That's my opinion anyway!

Some stars we see are galaxies and some planets, but I would assume that there would be no end to the planets and stars and galaxies.

More space, and who knows what else.
Let's suppose there is a huge wall and that marks the end of space, there would have to be something on the other side of the wall wouldn't there?
